We had 36 hours to visit a historic town which played a key role in the American civil war, and the worlds largest movable object. Could it be done? And would there be trouble? The answers were yes, and yes.

Location: Yellowstone NP, Wyoming
We arrived at Old Faithful geyser basin before sunrise (~6:00 am) and started perusing the boardwalk for good shooting angles. We were the only two people visible in the entire area. It was an erie feeling, but a great place to await the sunrise.

Bearing New Hampshire
On the drive home from Maine, I stopped in New Hampshire for a couple days. Due to the unusually hot weather, I decided not to stay any longer. The 90+ degree temperatures really limited the activities I could do with the dogs. The highlight of the trip was returning to my campsite to find I had a new neighbor.
